Props for Hire - terms and conditions

Payment due 6 weeks before the date of your event - hire subject to T&C below.


Please read our hire terms carefully as by ordering you are agreeing with these terms and conditions. All prices quoted for the hire period as per invoice. VAT and other taxes if applicable shall be indicated on your final invoice. We do not request a deposit but require payment 6 weeks before your event. Failure to make payment will result in your order being canceled. Accidents happen, we understand and for all props returned we will assess for damage and let you know if a repair is required or what the replacement costs will be. These costs will be communicated to you first and subsequently deducted from your wedding venue security deposit and the remainder returned to you. Any items that are lost or stolen during the hire period will be charged at the replacement price stated. If, for any reason, a prop requested for hire can't be provided a suitable replacement will be offered in its place at no additional cost. If no replacement item is suitable then a full refund for this item will be given. The list of props requested for hire is not final until full payment is received. Props can be added and removed, if availability allows, up to 6 weeks before the date of the event. Outdoor items cannot be refunded if not used due to weather events.

Some items hired are only suitable for the wedding day and are therefore are a 1 day hire, other items e.g. parasols can be utilised for the duration of your stay. Please request more detail for individual items if needed. 


Here is an indicative list of the hire items and breakage fee that may apply: Additional Lounge furniture Cleaning charges apply as necessary, Antique Pillars repair charges apply as necessary, Car seat cleaning charges if necessary, Chandeliers replacement parts/repairs apply if necessary, Chateau Cot with mattress cleaning charges apply if necessary, Circular Bar damage from misuse, repair charges apply, Giant Lantern glass replacement charges/repairs apply, Giant Orchid displays replacement cost if damaged by misuse, Glass & Gold 5 arm candelabra replacement parts costs if necessary, Glass Charger with Gold beading replacement cost per glass charger €9, Glass vases replacement cost per vase €6, Hand held Parasols replacement cost per parasol €18, High Chair cleaning charges if necessary, Inflatables for Pool Party replacement cost, Portable LED uplighter lamp replacement costs if missing/damaged, Tree - life size replacement/repair costs if damaged, per fork/knife/spoon €2 euros if missing, table mat €6
